EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
We are looking for service staff with two years previous experience. Experience in working at a bistro, wine bar, full service restaurant or fine dining establishment will be given preference.
Two years of experience in food preparation or cooking in a bistro, full service restaurant or fine dining establishment. Completion of a course in large-scale cooking may be substituted for experience.
Capable of working with other kitchen staff essential. Candidates with experience working in a full service restaurant or fine dining establishment will be given preference.
